Association History
Royal Oaks Homeowners Association is a residential community in the heart of Miami Lakes, Florida. The community dates back to 1983 and has continued to develop over the years, featuring beautiful oak trees and custom homes in oversized lots. The neighborhood now boasts 650+ diverse properties in a wide range of time periods and styles, as well as a tot lot.
Incorporated in Miami-Dade County on July 19th, 1983, Royal Oaks Homeowner’s Association is a domestic non-profit business. It is served by an elected Board of Directors who are legally bound to uphold its standards as outlined in three legal documents that were put into place at the time the Association was established: The Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, and the Deed Restrictions.
The Association retains the services of GRS Management, Inc.
